Hipolito Rivera is the Founder & CEO of R1P FITNESS and an Elite Performance Coach with 13 years of experience. A former All-American athlete and 8-year US Navy veteran who served as a Command Fitness Leader, Hip founded R1P FITNESS in 2019 with a mission to transform lives physically, mentally, and emotionally.
His approach combines military precision with personalized attention, ensuring each client receives a training experience tailored to their specific goals. Hip holds a Bachelor's in Exercise Science from the University of Hawaii and multiple certifications including NASM CPT and Precision Nutrition Specialist.
Under his leadership, R1P FITNESS has grown into Hawaii's premier fitness community, transforming over 500 lives through personalized training, innovative programs, and an ohana-first culture.
